Olivia Bravo

Student Therapist (She/Her)

Are you wanting change in your life, but feel lost or stuck? Reaching out for support can be difficult and can inspire feelings of shame or anger. It is my firm belief that misery does not love company and as your counselor, I will strive to stand alongside you without judgment as we work together to address your concerns.

 Oliva Bravo Disclosure Statement

I am currently completing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University.

I welcome individuals (children, teens, and adults) interested in addressing issues related to anxiety, shame, self-esteem, and stress. I also seek to support those navigating major life transitions or education/learning concerns. Additionally, I have previous professional experience navigating dyslexia concerns, sensory challenges, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) management.

My treatment approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems Therapy as I conceptualize client concerns through a systems-based framework while integrating theoretical techniques from Experiential Therapy and Restoration Therapy. I also integrate elements of complementary theories into my treatment process such as mindfulness, Expressive Arts, and Attachment. It can be overwhelming to create change in life while navigating identities, relationships, and communities all on your own. Through compassion, exploration, and perseverance, we can collaboratively forge a path toward the mental balance that I adamantly believe you deserve.
