Payment Options

Counseling Client’s Payment Options:

  • Payments and co-payment options include:
    • In person at our office with a credit/debit card*, or cash
    • Or we automatically charge the business day after your appointment

Group Clients:

  • Payments or prepayments can be made either:
    • In person at our office or over the phone with a credit/debit card*, or cash
    • Or using an online form that will be emailed to you
    • Checks and insurance cannot be accepted for group at this time.

Workshops:

  • Thinkific online courses must be purchased using Stripe and payment is due at registration. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Insurance:

Below is a list of the health insurance plans our team can take. Please note that not all of our clinicians are contracted with all of the insurances listed, if you have any questions call our office to see if your preferred counselor takes your insurance and has openings. Even if you do not see your plan on this list, we may be able to bill out-of-network or offer a sliding-scale out-of-pocket fee.

Please note: we do not work with Cobra at this time. If you are a current client or a new client who is utilizing their services, please contact the office to discuss our options.
