Payment Options

Counseling Clients:

  • Payments and co-payments can be made either:
    • in person at our office with a check, credit/debit card*, or cash
    • or over the phone with credit/debit card*.

Below is a list of the health insurance plans our counselors take. Please call our office to see if your preferred counselor takes your insurance and has openings. Even if you do not see your plan on this list, we may be able to bill out-of-network or offer a sliding-scale out-of-pocket fee. Group Clients:

  • Payments or prepayments can be made either:
    • in person at our office with credit/debit card*, or cash
    • or over the phone with credit/debit card*.
    • checks and insurance cannot be accepted for group at this time.

Workshops:

  • Prepayments can be made either:
    • in person at our office with credit/debit card*, or cash
    • or over the phone with credit/debit card*.
    • checks and insurance cannot be accepted for workshops at this time.

Please note that Aggression Control Workshop and Consumer Awareness classes require a non-refundable, non-transferable prepayment

*Please note that our square register system charges a small service fee for running a debit or credit card. This fee can be avoided by bringing in cash or check (excluding group and workshop clients) for your appointment.
