Individual Therapy Clients
Whether you are paying fully out of pocket or have mental health coverage with your insurance, our staff is prepared to answer your questions and concerns. We require a card to be stored in your file (Debit, Credit, HSA/FSA) or for clients to pay cash at the time of their session. This card number is stored in a secure and HIPAA-compliant system. The regular fee for your attended session will be automatically charged to this card the business day after the appointment. If financial hardship exists, please speak with a member of our staff concerning your treatment options. Our goal is to return you to optimal health and establish overall well-being. We value you as a client and look forward to serving you.
Payments can be done over the phone, in cash at the office, or online. You can pay ahead for groups, pay off your balance, or pay for a 1:1 appointment (payment is required prior to scheduling). Making regular on-time payments for the group is part of ongoing accountability which is required for group participation.
