Dayna Schroeder

Student Therapist (She/Her)

As you move through your journey of growth and healing, my approach is to provide you with a supportive, self-paced space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and intentions so you can safely reconnect with the self and others.

 Dayna Schroeder Disclosure Statement

I am completing my Master’s Degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling and Certificate for Trauma-Informed Care at George Fox University.

I integrate a thoughtful blend of evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic solutions in which your story can be heard and honored within an authentic and accepting space.

Sometimes, life events and obstacles get in the way of maintaining the integration needed to balance the needs of the mind, body, and soul to achieve optimal mental, emotional, physical, and social health. I will walk alongside you as you embrace self-compassion toward letting go of the narratives that no longer serve you while building upon your adaptive coping and resilience skills. As you move through your journey of growth and healing, my approach is to provide you with a supportive and self-paced space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and intentions so you can safely reconnect with the self and others.

I enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families find pathways to achieve well-being individually and within the systems they interact in, such as family, school, work, or the community. Whether you are in the discovery of your self-relationship, contending with anxiety or depression, moving through a significant life transition, feeling something is missing in your life, struggling with a life-altering trauma, or hurting in a way you can’t identify and alleviate on your own; I intend to support you, where you are.
