Desiree Gale

Student Therapist (She/Her)

My goal is to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel safe, seen, and deeply supported. Together, we'll honor and hold your story, build on your strengths, and find a path toward healing and growth that feels right for you.

Desiree Gale Disclosure Statement

I bring more than twenty years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of roles, including parent group facilitator, preschool teacher, child care provider, and mentoring coordinator. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy and deepened my appreciation for the resilience and strengths that each person brings to their healing journey.
My counseling style is collaborative, holistic, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Somatic Therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences, creating a personalized path toward growth and healing.
I believe that meaningful change begins within a safe, supportive, and trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to provide a welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore life’s challenges at your own pace. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and well-being.
