Ara Greenfield

Student Therapist (She/Her)

I hope to create a supportive, collaborative space to explore emotional experiences, relationship dynamics, and a deeper connection to self. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural inclusivity, and deep respect for the uniqueness of each client’s story.

 Ara Greenfield Disclosure Statement

I work with individuals, couples, and families in the in-between places of life – seasons when things are shifting, and it’s not always clear what comes next. Maybe you’re feeling unsettled, in transition, or holding questions that don’t have easy answers. I offer a space to slow down and make room for what’s real – grief, change, uncertainty, longing, hope.

My approach is grounded in attachment theory and shaped by my belief that we are deeply influenced by the relationships, cultures, and systems we move through. I offer a grounded and supportive space to explore emotional experiences, relationship dynamics, and a deeper connection to self.

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and attachment-based practices to support meaningful growth, deeper self-understanding, and more authentic connection – with both yourself and others. I support clients through life transitions – including identity development, parenting, midlife changes, and loss – while holding a developmental lens that honors emotional complexity across the lifespan.
