Stephanie Lopez

Student Therapist (She/Her)

I approach therapy from an understanding that everything we experience in life can help us learn about ourselves and that we all have an innate power to transform and grow. I wholeheartedly believe that there’s nothing “wrong” with anyone, but that there are good reasons for why we are the way we are–that if we can learn to listen to our thoughts, emotions, and bodies we can then hear the parts of us that are crying out to be recognized and loved, rather than fixed.

Stephanie Lopez Disclosure Statement

I meet clients where they’re at with grounded warmth and compassion. My goal as a therapist is to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where my clients feel understood, accepted, supported, and lovingly challenged. I hope to help them unwrap themselves layer by layer, bit by bit until they can get to the roots of their challenges and make meaningful and lasting changes.

Therapy is an intimately personal process unique to each individual, so I like to draw from a variety of modalities that fit each client’s unique needs and interests as they set the pace for their healing and growth. I have an ever growing toolkit of modalities and therapeutic lenses that include mindfulness and meditation, somatic approaches, nature therapy, art therapy, and ancestral healing, but am more than happy to bring in others and try them out!
