Everyone comes to counseling with experiences that have influenced who they are and how they move through the world. In our work together, we’ll look at how those experiences show up in the present and explore new ways to move past challenges. I bring a flexible and creative approach to sessions, using tools like art and play to encourage expression and growth in a way that feels comfortable and supportive.

I have a deep passion for supporting children and teens as they discover their voices, grow their confidence, and learn to navigate life’s milestones. In our work together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore new perspectives, and develop the tools you need to express yourself openly and authentically. My hope is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can cultivate self-understanding and nurture more fulfilling, genuine relationships with yourself and those around you.
