Kayla Gleave

LICSWA (She/Her)

Therapy should provide a welcoming environment free of judgments. A space to form a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship on one’s own terms. As a therapist, I strive to provide transparency and compassion in a setting that is always client lead.

Kayla Gleave- Disclosure Statement

Kayla Gleave is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LICSWA) in Washington. She completed a Master of Social Work degree at Eastern Washington University.

Navigating the challenges of today’s world can be exceptionally difficult, especially to do all alone. We are all unique beings that deserve an individualized therapeutic journey. For this reason, I support and practice a person-centered therapy that allows the client to take the reins.

I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples. I have experience in helping clients identify life’s obstacles, of which keep them from reaching the goals they wish to conquer.  Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful social connections. My approach is humanistic and strengths-based. I utilize, but am not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focused to help clients reach their full potential.
