I am a child and family mental health specialist committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and their families. I hold both a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington State University. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Washington State with advanced training in child mental health.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and family. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I am certified in PCIT and TF-CBT and place strong emphasis on collaboration with caregivers to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and support lasting change.

As a therapist and supervisor, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and structured environment that values professionalism, ethical practice, and continuous growth. I take a strengths-based, family-centered approach and believe in partnering closely with clients, interns, and associates to build confidence, clinical skill, and effective therapeutic relationships.

I value balance and self-care and aim to model these principles both personally and professionally, recognizing their importance in sustainable clinical work.
