Disclosure Statement

Courtney Greif is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington, and a Registered Therapist Intern in Oregon.

I am passionate about helping clients find their strength, feel empowered and confident, and discover meaning and purpose in their lives. Therapy with me is client-centered, comes from a holistic perspective, and is a nonjudgmental and collaborative space. My therapeutic approach is integrative: I work in session to help you address emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships, and I use mindfulness and other tools that many people have found to help them cope with challenging life circumstances. I provide therapy for individuals, families, and couples, and have worked with clients bringing a wide range of issues to therapy, including anxiety, trauma and PTSD, grief, family or relationship conflict, life transitions, depression, stress, and most general counseling issues. I also lead a Body Acceptance for Women group, helping women overcome body shame and live an empowered life. If you are feeling bothered with any of these issues, or any other challenge in life, let’s talk about it.
