I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of a Washington. I believe that counseling is experiential, that it can and should be transformative. I use an eclectic approach in my work with clients. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, grief/loss, trauma and PTSD, chronic pain and life transitions. I have been working in the mental health field since 2008. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Lifespan Integration (Level 1), and Seeking Safety. I have worked with clients in both individual and group settings. I value the relationship that is developed between clients and myself, providing safety, and using education and guidance to assist in recovery.
