Men’s Trauma, Shame, & Addiction Group

Offered Thursdays from 7:30-8:50pm (Starting September 7th, 2017)
Cost per session: $35

Facilitated by: Stephen P Grant MACP, LMHCA

Traumas & insecure attachments lead to shame. Shame always causes broken relationships and often leads to addiction . . . Modern concepts of masculinity fail us. They leave us empty and living without authenticity or substance. We find ourselves bound to things we don’t even like and are left wondering, “Why?” We run from intimacy and hide in the distractions of sports, technology, and adrenaline. There is more. Are you ready to claim it? Come join a band of brothers who will do anything to live fully alive.”

This group has limited availability – If interested, please call: A Better Way Counseling Service (360) 281-6824
