Anger Management

We offer anger management counseling in several forms:

Anger management can be done in individual or group counseling.  Anger management counseling focuses on how to deal with all intense feelings, not just anger. The emphasis is upon how to deal with these intense emotions in a manner that does not hurt or abuse others, yourself or property. This counseling has an emphasis upon changing harmful behavior as well as dealing with feelings. We also offer an intensive weekend Aggression Control workshop. This class is usually offered the third weekend in the month.  It can be one or two days long.
